Our desire to leverage the multiple benefits offered by this landmark property inspired the positioning, 'Extraordinary from every angle'. This was expressed through dynamic layouts, bold application of colour and dramatic use of photography.

Project deliverables included a marketing brochure, direct mail, display suite banners and leasing signage. The property's foyer directory and car park entry signage formed part of a portfolio-wide asset branding strategy, also developed by us.
