Founded by the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity, St Vincent’s Private Hospital is recognised as one of Australia’s leading private acute medical and surgical hospitals. As part of the Darlinghurst campus, the facility works closely with St Vincent’s Hospital to offer an integrated range of services for patients seeking either public or private healthcare.

We were originally approached to recommend a strategy to reposition the St Vincent’s brand across each of the Campus' operational divisions, a process which commenced with a thorough audit of the identity and all communications. This resulted in rationalisation of the St Vincent’s Private logotype and documentation of comprehensive visual identity guidelines.

In addition, the redesign of their Capability Profile, Directory of Services and Pre-admission brochures has proved to be tremendously successful, easing the significant burden of telephone enquiries regarding admission protocols, hospital procedures, and general patient queries.
